It is no magic.

You reduced from everything that could be possible to the area where to find the essential solution. You described Your MVP or whatever You strive for as Essential Solution Definition (ESD).

You are at step no. 7 of 12 and proceeded 90% of volume, already.

– do not confuse success with production forecasts.

Success is about exponential growth, based on intermediate steps.

At this step of the protocol, it is not necessary to have exactly the same actors than on defining ESD. Realization tasks can be handed over to specialized execution units.
Despite this possibility, it is immense helpful to have at least two people who understood vision by contributing to it, also contributing in its realization.
Must not, but should be.

Remember, the more complex and unknown a topic is, the more it accelerates if realizing people were once participants in scope definition and ESD-decision.

Determining the most promising realization options is not defined any further.

You can do it one by one or in negotiations upon a comprehensive list of exactly 10 items, prioritized by any method. As You like …

Point is: do not invest too much time in planning. Invest time in doing.
This is what states results and certainty by that.

• What, if You are satisfied in first attempt?
• What, if You failed three times?
• What, if it works AND You are not completely satisfied, yet?

Among 100 variants of realization, there are 10 promising ones.
Among 10 promising variants, there is the one that outperforms all other.

Take Your time in eliminating the distracting 90% to assure, the most promising option is still among the possibilities You focus in detail.
Once You have the limited the list of most promising options, You can probe them one after another.

Are You in science?
Do You need statistics for some reason?
Ever heard of Gaussian distribution?

If You are in Business, in Politics or applying the up2U-protocol in a private, non-commercial environment, it is not necessary to proof all variants.
Just take the most promising one first. It is often not the first comming to Your mind.
