Why do I do all this?
Some people ask me about reason for blogging, about reason for my enthusiasm regarding the up2U-protocol.

I had some answers. The most important answer I had not. And now I am sure I have.

Thank to twitterer “noControl”, recently I was remembered of Tribal Leadership.
It is something I am used to in Business context.
But, I never saw relationship to private context where it is more than obvious.

“Tribe, man!” I think now to myself.
Dig it!

Fact is, I frequently experience my (self chosen) work environment oscilating between stage 4 and 5.
Meanwhile my (self chosen??) family context oscilates between 2 and 3a.

I already experienced a higher stage of living, so I constantly search for a way to make my beloved experiencing the same.
I suffer from watching my beloved suffer.
On the other hand, I always regret to take and solve other people’s problems.
So, I learned to leave problems where they originate – the very hard way.

At least a dilemma.

/context

I was not too bad at school yard.
Once there was this guy who repeated 3^rd class. He was taller, older and thought to be stronger. He terrorized rest of our class until I beated him up.

Later, there was the time as the original Karate Kid movies were popular. I did Karate myself but was not satisfied with chosen dojo and sensai.
There was this streetfighting guy. Weekdays training at the dojo, weekends practicing in front of discotheques. He always hit me in randori – full throttle.
Since the one day, I decided not to tolerate this training interference, anymore.

Some weeks later I quitted Karate and decided not to fight anymore.
When learning martial arts is about sending dull people (him) to the mat, I do not want to go any further.
Once experiencing I am able to, was enough lesson in that.
Just enough to mark a ckeck on my confidence-list.

Today I understood, I was looking for a real, a great sensai but wasn’t able to seek and ask for.

That’s the thing about circles.

/what is this up2U-protocol?

The up2U-protocol is the very essence of my search to explain ‘fighting without fighting’.

It is reason and description in one.
It is what I learned and found out in years of tears.

Some people say, everybody must find the own way. Yes, check.
Everybody needs to make own failures to learn from it. Check, again.

But, must I experience that over the full distance without intervention?
Whatching suffer, watching struggle, als this fumbling and stumbling without even indicating there might be another way?

I decided: No!
I do not watch suffering until everybody found the key.

And then I decided to lay out some pointers.

/errors of yesterday cause insights of today

I desperately searched for resonance and was astouned to miss it.
I was quite naïve about what would happen, once this is in the world.

Nothing happened!
It needed some kind of promotion.

I need to ask for spreading the message.
Once realized publishing, I thought, I was at the end of my journey.

In fact, it was another beginning.

/whatif?

What would happen, when I end up blogging?
What will happen, when I concentrate on more of the same?
What will happen, when I use the second half of my working hours to earn money instead of thinking?

/conclusion

Initially I thought, the up2U-protocol is about my gift to the world.
Instead, it is a gift of the world to me.

So world, You are invited to watch me

• working out the words
• stumbling about the images
